Richard Williams is founder and lead pastor of Hope City in Cleveland, OH. On his journey into ministry at a young age, Richard attended The Full Gospel Bible Institute in Farrell, PA where he obtained a certificate of Ministry, then went on to attend college at Liberty University where his studies were in Theology and Biblical Studies. Richard andLayla Williams served as Youth Pastors at New Life Church in Lakewood, OH for a number of years until answering the call to Pastor. Richard and Layla Williams reside in North Olmsted, OH with their two daughters, Olivia and Leah, and son, Moses. When asked about their mission for Hope City it was very simple..
